Cheez, you should definitely go to the class!
Tyson and Rafe do a great job of teaching (as you probably know). After she sees the potential that you can achieve through parkour, combined with the way you are being taught, she'll at least soften up to the idea of you doing this sort of thing.
Last night was great! This is exactly what I'm looking for in terms of parkour training. As I told Rafe last night, I've not trained (consistently) for a long time, so having a class like this is wonderful. I have a lot of other stuff I am training, especially on Thursdays. So I need to figure out how to make everything work....to some degree...
I found the class to be paced pretty well, got a great workout of course. I liked that we covered the basics of stuff. Fatigue was setting in from the other classes I did earlier that day, which contributed to my silly ankle roll. Only suggestion would be something slightly smaller to vault over. For someone of my height, I can get over that obstacle just fine, its mostly a mental obstacle for me. Though I'm sure anyone who happens to be shorter wouldn't mind a smaller obstacle either.
